Wireless was also named again as a 2008 “Health & Wellness Trailblazer,”
an award initiated to honor employers demonstrating exemplary

Men’s Fitness named Verizon Wireless as one of the 15 Fittest Companies in America for 2008. Men’s Fitness selected companies based on access to state-of-the-art gym and fitness facilities, cafeterias with menus with health and nutrition in mind, preventative medical care, programs for losing weight and quitting smoking, and rewards for staying in shape.
